Throw the carrier in a oven, but use one of those throw away aluminim foil trays and just bake them at like 425 for 10 mins take it out and the bearing should fall right out,but while you are doing that, put your new ones in a zip loc bag and throw them in the freezer for a lil bit

yup
I have also put spacers in the over for my hardkor hubs so they can fit on the spindels, just put two throw away aluminuim trays and put the bearing carrier in it and put it in the oven, while that going on put your new bearings in the freezer in a zip loc bag,if you dont believe me do a search you will come up with the same answers :p
