Just got a 97' 300ex. The rear shock is blown. Wondering if I should have the shock rebuilt or buy new.....???

Its not rebuildable. You can get an aftermarket like Elka or Works or you can use the rear shock off of an 01 Raptor.

They start around $450 and go up depending on the options you want.

It is a direct bolt in, and I've been told that it gives better performance gains than a works shock.
