that is AWESOME. what is the stock power of the 250 and 450. for a lighter rider that thing would FLY since it is lighter

i wish the dude posted more pics of this thing because its absolutely sick....honda are idiots instead of tehm makin the 250ex lookin like the 450r and changing a few things they should done something like this a 250 thats more of a race bread machine like the 450r....the 300ex just aint designed for mx....i think of the 300ex as a REC ridding bike

I wonder how the balance is, with the engine back that far. It is a nice bike for sure, but hows it handle?

with the lighter motor, and different config, the COG changes, which while it may look odd, is probably dead on.

ive seen them before. if someone can point me to my money tree that everyone thinks i have ill be glad to build it:p

we are planning for next season already, depending on what kind of sponsorships we can get will depend on how far we go.

anyone want to supply a decent rider with a kickazz quad:confused: :D

if so.........pm me  :p

still thinkin about the yfz/yz250f bike??? a 90 mod chassis with a 250f motor like that JB racing one would be killer :scary: almost yfz power with half the weight

oh yeah......the tree is in the SW corner of your property ;)

well, i was going to keep one trx90 for the gncc quad. and one for backup. but now i see we can get away with just one for the season, so the other may get a tricked out hybrid makeover, or it may get turned into a MX'r to fit into one of the 90 production classes for the gncc's.

the lil 90 posted has an aftermarket chassis so it is out of my price range:p

pappy, would you be interested in a 450r rolling chassis? i might e selling mine to do a hybrid project

i remember you talking about doing a 450 framed 250 hybrid, this would be a good start

Pappy

not really sure, it would soley depend on price etc.

the only problem with the hybrids and a smaller kid is the handling of the quad is pretty sppoky. ive chatted with parents that say thier kids dont have problems, but watching them ride some of teh full size bikes ive come to the conclucion it is indeed an accident waiting to happen. some of the kids barely reached the pegs..lol

now one done up 100% geared to a kid is doable, but the egronomics are all wrong in my book.

but spending $12000 on a chassis sized for a kid at my sons age just isnt in the forecast, although they are killer and i would love to see him on one!

an 05 rolling chassis should be valued at $3500 id say, and thats outta my range:p

im going to keep my eyes open for a used hybrid or an aftermarket chassis set up for the 2 stroke bike engines. i appreciate the rolling chassis, but anything i could afford would be well below what yours is worth.

the 90 mod/250f weighs about260 pounds and that motor is ported and has a baldwin piston pushin over 40 horses= holeshottin crf450s the only bad thing about em is u has to ride em in a taller gear so u shift alot and it sounds like a raped ape:huh

Ive seen some kids that have a hard time getting the proper traction also when they are on a larger quad ,quads fish tailing all over the place! :eek2:
