DYNO day at my place

On saturday, Mobile Dyno will be here testing my quad and several others. If anyone else in the Maryland, Pennslyvania,Virginia or West Virginia area needs to get thier engine dialed in it will be open to all. Im not sure on all the prices but they are reasonable.

Looks like I'll be there. Been wanting to dyno the R and I might bring my brothers with the 02 CRF cam to see the difference. All in all should be a good time.

the majority of thier membership is here on a daily basis, they will have no problem finding out info if anyone wants to attend etc.

mobile dyno gave me a ring tonight and wanted to do some testing. i offered my house seeing i have 5 or 6 that need to hit the dyno, and we have been dying to see what the new pipe on my brothers yfz pulls compared to stock. so im sure when they figure it out i will have better info etc.

im easy, just dont wake me up before 7:D

OK just got off the phone with Mobile Dyno who confirmed saturday dyno day at Pappy's. All is welcomed to strap their machines on the dyno to dial in or measure power to the wheels. Hope to see everyone there.

Rumor has it Pappy is cooking 5 coarse meals three times that day. :D Another rumor is that he will be documenting the event in the fullist and posting for others to enjoy.

Be sure that you go this saturday for tuning, food, BS, and the 65hp 550. :macho:

lol..chad all i have is the piston, i have never gotton around to trying to find rings and a gasket set etc:ermm: as you can tell im not a power junkie:p (although plans are to get you lost in the mountains while we preform a slight engine swap with a certain 550:o :devil: )


ill cook some grub, and fill the coolers. plenty of room if someone needs to crash here, i know a few are so they can hit Breezewood on sunday. should be good times.

Mobile Dyno showed up this morning, and Matt and I just sat around shooting the breeze on a beautiful fall day:p

Cody was eager to get his 90 dailed in

matt worked on getting the 90 dailed in, we gained over a hp with the new carb, and the torque and power curves were awesome!

My brothers YFZ got the full treatment and the new Rossier exhaust was working good, infact I can here them doing a run now. i believe they were at the 45hp mark and looking for more.

the first carb had to be replaced due to a major problem with it, so i installed another 20mm and set it up again:p

My brothers yfz did real good. I was more interested in seeing how much power the dyno time would gain over his jetting. almost 2 horsepower, id say its worth the money to tune this way!

We couldn't make it- engine lost a rod bearing- 2nd quad in 3 weeks. Seems like when you get a half a season on them replace the crank!
