Well, after playing around with several aftermarket parts, as well as replacing any OE part that showed even the slightest wear, I am finally done with my 250R.

It's now bone stock except for the following parts....

FMF Turbine Core 2 silencer
ESR TRX5 pipe
Keihin 38mm A/S carb
CR250 Reed Cage and intake boot
ESR temp gauge
Renthal sprockets
DID X-ring ATV chain
ESR clutch and Hinson basket
Elka triple rate, non-rezzie front shocks

I have ALL of the factory parts that were replaced with the above stuff as well, except the chain, sprockets, clutch basket, and clutch plates.

Now the hard part....I LOVE this quad, so I am not really wanting to sell it, but I'll consider offers if someone has their heart set on an immaculate, needs absolutely NOTHING, almost stock 250R. Again, I have the stock parts like front shocks, carb, reed cage, pipe, and silencer to make this R 99.9% original/stock.

Do you need to sell it? You might regret it when its gone. I would put it under a nice cover in the garage and hold on to it.

NICE R!

Thanks for all the compliments guys!! It makes me more inclinded to hang onto it. I don't NEED to sell it, so I'll probably hang onto it. You know....it's like owning a nice classic car. You'll own it as long as you can until an offer you cannot refuse comes along.
