How do I shift my Honda TRX125 into reverse?

I recently bought a Honda TRX125 quad (1987 I think).\
I could not figure out how to shift it into reverse.
Anyone know how to do this?

Does it have a red button on the handlebar rear brake lever with a white R? If so, make sure you are in nuetral, push and hold that button, pull in the lever, and shift down.

haha...i just sold my little trx125 about 10 months ago.

to put it in reverse...

alls u really have to do is push in the metal button on the back brake on the handlebars...then u push the shifter down and it should go into reverse if i remember it right. lol

yup thats right the 125s run forever it was my first quad. having no suspension sucked lol

hell yeah it did...lol u cant go over any jumps with no suspension. its kinda hard but i did it anyway. LOL
