need some quick help

my 440 was runnin great and then the battery died and it sat for a little over a week, i got the battery charged up and tried to start it and it turned over but wouldn't start....took the plug out, replaced it, and still won't fire...just turns over and over.....i do have the gas on, kill switch in the center, all the stupid stuff...and no im not holding the throttle the whole time im tryin to start it
got any ideas?

if plugs wet pull it out and turn it over put plug in with no throttle play with the choke. Maybe some starting fluid

check for spark and gas should work
