Jon is the only one who has pulled it off. Derek hasnt gone to dirt yet. There are a handfull of riders pulling it off into the foam. You will see more people flipping to dirt in a few months.

yeah it took 3 tries of landing on my head to get it right, that last pics is when i finally got the rotation down. now i got is pretty consistant, not enough to go to dirt after hearing about sheldon. but it was fun none the least, i have a whole new respect for the flip now thats forsure! anyone who claims its easy or said they would try it into a pic and nail it right off the bat is talkin out there rear end.....

He was hurt very badly attempting to be the second person to land a backflip to dirt. We are all wishing him a speedy recovery!
