i just received my walsh front end for my 450r and my front wheels cant even spin:eek2:

the allen head stud is rubbing in my rims , I saw that the side of the stud has been buffed for clearance I guess but its not clearing anything!!!

is it normal or should I buff the stud a bit more because its not rubbing that much... just enough to lock the wheels.

and I would also like to know if its better to put the a-arms in the +1 forward or not because I can adjust that.

thanks

are you sure your running the right off-set rims?

After the money you probably spent on those walsh products, I certainly would not be grinding anything!!!:eek2: Call them first thing!

What kind of front rims do you have? I have the stock rims with my walsh front end and there is plenty of clearance. If you have an inner ring I could see it hitting.

What style of arms did you get ? The adjustable lowers or the solid lowers? Ive got the adjustable lowers and allways thought the setup with the spacers was stock or 3/4 shorter than stock. I run mine stock.
