im thinking of trying to extend my stock swinger..
is it possible to make it so i can run the same stock setup..
but is there a way to do a linkage setup or somethin.?
just need a little info and help

You will need an aftermarket shock if you extend your swingarm, except if you are really light and don't jump. As for the linkage setup, you are better to get an aftermarket shock setup for your swinger, it will be way more cost effective and the ride will be way better that the ride with the stock pogo shock would be.

when i ment ''stock'' i ment location...im probably going to be running a stock shock for ice racing to save on some $$ tll i get my job..
thats y i didnt know if a 250r linkage setup would work with a few mods to teh swinger

that may work, but if you don't have basic engineering / suspension geometry desing basics you may end with a setup that won't work very well. Also, a no-link setup works really well.

to get the 250r swinger onto the 300 you need to weld two support brackets onto the frame were the linkage would go. you would also be better off with a cr500 linkage. Also, Maybe elka or works can re-build your shock for the extra leverage.
