when i put the covers on my warning label, how do i put them on i know you use metal rivet, but were do i get the rivets and how do i put them on

go to any hardware store and you can pick up a pop-rivit tool and rivits for 25 bucks. its also a very handy tool to have whne you go riding if you break somehting and need a permanent fix.

thanks do i have to put holes in the plastic before i put the rivets

yea just drill a hole where you want the rivits. say its a 1/4 in rivit drill a 1/4 in hole but kinda move the bit around in the hole so its slightly bigger. hope i helped ya some.

thanks you helped a lot i think i changed my mind about getting them it is alot harder than i though it would be, i am not mechanically inclined i always seem to screww up something,

yeah go on EBay and type in 250ex on search and they will have a 250 with aluminum covers on labels

Its alot easier to get vinyl the color of your plastic.Just stick it over the warning labels.Looks just as good as the metal in my opinion.You can even use carbon fiber look vinyl.I did mine red like my plastic,made some logos of companies,cant really notice they were there. :devil:
