what engines will fit on a 300ex frame with out having to make mounting brackets

i know the 250x,300ex and 350x will all fit

is there a place that will make mounting bracketsfor a different motor besides the 350x?

there isnt going to be any engine that will just bolt in, i suggest you get some measurements of cretain parts of the 300ex's motor (like where the conter sprocket is, how far the lowest part is from the groung, how much the top end tilts forward etc) then go buy you a nice 250f motor and make your own brackets and such to make the engine sit in the same place as the 300's used to ;)

Any motor except a 300ex or 250x is going to need custom brackets. lol
