Boxer died

Did anyone hear about the boxer who died recently? They had to stop the 12th round(i think) cause he was gettin his A** whooped. They had to do brain surgery on him and induced a coma and he died 5 days later.

damn its no wonder half of them arent all there, they take some pretty bad blows to the head. If you ever watch rocky you'll see. He gets beat up BAD in the first movie takes a beating and it damages his brain and hes semi out of it in the 2nd movie.

i used to love boxing, watched it non stop and even boxed for several years.

now as ive gotton older, i cant see the rational behind 2 men beating themselves senseless. im far from against it, i geuss ive just lost the passion for it. maybe it has something to do with the hype and money thats involved.
