Red Bull Can on Ressies?

I keep seing these pictures of quads with like redbull cans or something with the logo on the resiviors of their shocks.

what is this? is it a can or what?

i had mt dew cans on my rezzies... looked awesome till they fell off... u just have to cut a hole in the bottom for the nitrogen nipple

you just stick them on there and then put the clamp over them... i guess

I wrapped about 2 layers of Duct Tape on mine, then slid the cans on and put a stream or 2 of superglue down each 1

just slide em over the rezzzie then put ur hose cclamps on the rezzys or put a slit in the can the part u want facing the back put a hole in each side of the slit then zip tie the slit should be tight enough and no 1 will see it cause its in the back part

the way of putting them on with the slit i did i was just thinking but i dont know if i want the cans on my rezzys or i like just having a custom axis stiker on my rezzys

I saw a Bomb Squad rider have em on his rezzys (i think it was Dana Creech) in a magazine but untill i did mine i never saw anyone else have em on in person

this stuff really isnt such a great idea, the purpose of the rezzie is to cool down the shock fluids, after you put that stuff on there it prevent air flow from getting to it. but if you must put a $2 soda can on your $7,000 quad, then id see if you can get that heat dope that they put on pc's, after it heats up im pretty sure that itll hold the can on

Have you ever seen a rezzy?I dont see any fins or anything on it to disperse heat,therfore i dont think a soda can is really going to make that much of a diffrence

Man this is from wayyy back, I had almost forgotten. Some of the old crotch rockets had remote rear rezzies under the tail & we would put Bud Light cans over em. Last bike I did this to was a 92' GSXR 750.

I do like the looks of the Red Bull on the blue yammy!

the ressie is to hold more nitrogen and dispese heat, but since most ressies dont have fins the red bull can wont make much of a difference.
