I am trying to clean my carb on a kx125 and the bolts on it are so damn tight! They are phillips and I can tell they are stripping. WTF can I do to get them out?

Are they the bottom screws?? If so use a pair of pliers and grab them with those and turn them..

Use a dremel tool and a small cutting disc to turn the phillips head into a flat head, this will make them easier to remoe.

Both of those ways will work, but i suggest cutting it off and starting with a fresh screw

use a pair of vice grips and clamp those babies on them. works for me when bolts strip out.

or the dremel idea, used that many times;)

Vice grips should work well, and please don't re use the same bolts.

Yep all of these ways will work you and as 300exrida said if those dont work, just cut the heads off, pull the bowl off of the carb and then remove the rest of the screws with a pair of pliers and get new screws, but I am sure the plier method or dremmel method will work just fine..

Its just not the same tool, that was a very ignorant statement.... Snap On tools are designed for every day use. Harbor Freights are designed for One day use.
