400ex vs everything else

I just want to know what ya'll think about
the older model 400's like as in 1999-2001. I am looking into getting one to ride trail and I need anouther opinion. My dad doesn't want me to get one because he thinks that they ain't good trail bikes.
I got a Timberwolf now and I plan to keep it even if I get a
400. I rode my friends and liked it don't plan to race, just ride trails. what is your opinion?:)

From everything I have read the 400ex is one of the top trail quads to buy. I just bought one last week and I am very impressed

Same here, i bought an 04' but the older ones are practically the same i think the 04 and up have a little bigger carb but that's the only difference but they are awesome quads for the money, plus they are simple to work on and are wheelie kings.

The 400ex is one of the best and most reliable trail quads there are. If you get one of them your timberwolf will collect dust.
