Im working on a 250x w/ 250r a-arms and swing arm. Flat track quad. 350x engine etc. 250r a-arms seem just a hair to wide to fit in mount. Anyone see that before? Just file the sleeve down? I've read threw this section and havent seen anyone try a link setup on the 250x before. Any suggestions? Chassis Fab is my nack so fabing mounts isn't a problem. Thanks!!

sounds like a cool project. i've seen 250r a arms on 250/300x's, not sure if the sleeves were ground down though. i put +2 burgard a arms on my 300ex, and they are a hair wider at the mounts, you just have to grease them up and work them into place. i've also seen 250r swingers on 250x's, and it looks like the only mount to fab is for the shock link, and the upper mount needed to be widened. check here (http://users.nlamerica.com/dixiebai/atv/html/travis.html)
what are you using for ice tires?
