I need some HELP please

I am not sure how to assemble this rear end. I am failing to see what good any of these nuts does any good.
Does #10 Jam on #11 to push it tight on the rotor?
and then #9 tight on the rotoe carrier?

Your close. #10 jams on #11 (it will be located in a grove on the axle to the right or 10) this pushes the inner part tight against the brake rotor. Then #9 jams against #10 to keep everything tight. The best way I tell everone to remeber is....you lift up to tighten and push down to loosen.

It's not that dificult once you do it.

Do you have a pic of it all tightened down? I just got this thing and they had #9 jammed into #3 and #10 was just in the middle some where

I have seen that before. If you take #10 and put a wrench on it and pull up it should jam against 11. Then do the same with #9 until it jams against 10 and everthing should be good to go. You want be able to see #11 if it is tight...(#10 kinda slides over it)
