I have read that a lot of you guys run this setup, thought that I would post this and see what you all recommend.

I own a completely stock 2002 Honda 400ex. The valves were recently set to stock standards by my local dealer and I am running the stock rev box. I have decided to purchase a slip-on exhaust system and have decided to go with the HMF Sport Series slip-on. My altitude, according to the web, is between 500 and 600 feet above sea level. My question to anyone out there: I know that I will need to rejet. What jets (main and pilot) and needle will I need to acquire? Do the needed jets and needle come with the silencer (I have not ordered it yet)? Also, is a filter change recommended or required? If so, what filter brand is best for this set up. I run with the air box lid on and would like to keep it that way. Any info or tips would be greatly appreciated.
