I am jetting my buddies 12.1 440 with a stage one hot cam and full yoshi exhaust. Right now we have a DJ165 installed but it feels flat on top. Any ideas on what your 440's are jetted at for a reference.

:) Yes I am running a YOSH. first thing you need to do is get rid of the dyno jet kit they are worhtless 3 of my buddies HAD the kit they took it out. Go to a 42 pilot, and between a 168-172 main.

Agreed..^^^

I run a 450r carb and a Yoshi full system ,my jetting is not far from that . I think I last ran a 175 and was just a smidge on the fat side, it should now be pretty much right on now that the weather has changed a bit...

My dads 400ex has stage 1 426 kit 11to1 full yoshi and k&n and he uses 42 pilot and a 165 main. You are absolutly right about the dyno jet kit they are great for a stock bike. We could not get the damn thing to run right with it in there and we went back to the stock jets. We had more power, response and there is no flat spots. No pinging or Knocking works great. You will like the power :)
