I ride a 2002 400ex with a dmc full exhaust k&n filter and a jet kit.
All mods have been on for over a year and the bike ran great. The other day I went to ride and the bike started up like normal and reved fine. I went to take off and when I got to third gear the bike started to bog like the choke was on. I stopped and checked the choke it was in the normal position. so I checked the filter, It was dirty so I returned home and cleaned the filter. The following day I went to ride again it was better but when I was close to wide open it would do the same thing. It seems to do it worse on rough terrain. Any help would be greatly appriciated. I also changed the spark plug after cleaning the filter.:confused:
