Longer Clutch Cables??

Guys,

I installed a GPR stabilizer on my quad and that raised the bars a bit higher. Now the clutch cabel is too short and I can't steer all the way.

Does any one make longer clutch cables?

Any help would be appreciated.

We rerout the cable.

I have re-routed the cable already but I think I need another 1/2 inch.

The stem is a +1 and the GPR stabilizer is a +1 or so. The bars add another 1/2 inch in height.

So I definitely need a longer cable.

Do you have it routed on the backside of the handlebars?

I tried that.

I have an oversized gas tank, and the only thing I have not tried is routing the cable between the tank and th frame.

I'll try that tonight. Hopefully it works!!!

Call Terry Cable, they can make you a custom cable, I had one made for my 400 so it would clear the HMF header with no problems.
