yea it will be fine and i dont think that there really is a shock setup for ice racing if your tires arent studded because if they arnt then you more than likely wont have any body roll since you will be slidding so i would get them setup for what you do the most xc mx whatever and jsut set the preload all the way down when you ice race to get you sitting lower

I run the burgard +3+1 a-arms with Elka tripple rates and did some ice racing last winter. I had to turn the compression all the way up so it didn't dive into the corners, but I was happy with it. Granted my 400's set up for MX, it didn't mind the ice:cool:

if you ever get your stuff from burgard... :ermm:

I have heard of nothing but bad service stories from them.

Its faster and safer to get Burgard stuff from a dealer than it is direct.

i have burgard +2 arms, and i havn't had many problems other than 2 broken ball joints but when i went to replace the ball joints i called burgard direct and i left a few messages to return my calls and they were never returned so i would say they have pretty poor customer service... if i were to go ahead and purchase new arms, i wouldn't deal with them....having a family business of our own, i know that customer service is 90% of what it takes to have customer loyalty, and trust me, we never have had a problem with customer loyalty souly due to the fact that we care about our customers and stand behind what we sell.... just my 2cents

ill second that, i hardly ever have to call more then once. go thru a dealer! burgard is more of a manufacture then an outright retail option.
