i put on my 14t sprocket on my 300ex and ran it with out the case saver for one ride. if i put in on there would be noting to it. so is is safe to run without the case saver. the help is appreciated

NO!!!!!!!!!NO!!!!!!!!!!!!NO!!!!!!!!!!!! dont ever run without a casesaver. if that chain was to pop off it proably would bust o hole in ur cases which are very expensive to replace

so i need to grind the **** out of the it. has any one done this before. with out the case saver there is hardly enough room for the chain. thanks

are u runnin stock case saver or an aftermarket. i had to file mine down a bit but nothing major. im runnin thhe prodesign.

I have a 14 tooth sprocket on my 300ex. I had to grind the case saver for it to work. There is more room than you think in there. I used a small file, but if I had to do it again I would use a Dremel tool. Also when your finished the case saver fits in with no problem. Just take your time and it a trial and error process. Good luck. IT CAN BE DONE :D
