View Full Version : anybody in illinois want a labradoodle puppy?

we've got 3 or 4 left, all male... labradoodle puppies (mix of lab and poodle) located in nauvoo, illinois. some straight haired, some kinda curly. they arent supposed to shed. they will grow up to be the size of a normal lab. if u want more info post here or shoot me a message. asking price is $500.

I don't want a dog or anything ... but out of curiosity please post a picture of one of these pups .

In my head I get a weird mental image of a Labradoodle , and I want to see if my mental image is anything close to what the dogs look like . LOL . It just seems like those 2 breeds are a little mismatched !!!

Labradoodles are supposed to be great family dogs. But Im not fond of the looks:ermm:

Wow thats cheap for a Labradoodle. My sister is a vet and she says that she gets these funky breeds all the time. Ill ask her all the names and what they are mixed with. Labradoodles are supposed to be awsome family dogs. Even though poodles are vicious!

lol yeah thats what i thought when my mom first told me the idea of breeding the two... but its a full sized poodle (at first i thought that it was one of those miniature poodles) breeded to a lab

if you were a little closer to TN i'd consider it. we have a white labradoodle and its true, she doesn't shed at all. Only problem is she doesnt have lab instincts so we can't hunt her, but i guess thats what our chocolate lab is for

full size poodles are hunting dogs. That's where that crazy haircut comes from. They used to shave the dogs so they would be quicker in the water, but left hair to insulate the vital organs. Thats why they have it in their chest and feet so they don't get frozen. They were bred in germany if i remember right.
