Kenda trackers on itp wheels

these tires and wheels are about 9 months old. have about 8 trips on them. paid WAY too much for them 230+ but i needed a set. wheels are very nice .190's i polish them every trip, just not recently. tires are kenda trakkers 20-12-9. need some money so how does.....150 + shipping sound fair? 4-110 bolt pattern
