Well i recently signed up to this site, and it seems like a great place. But, when i was about to apply to the sponsors, it asks me to type in my cover letter, which i really do not know what it is. So if anyone could help me out by what they mean by this itd be great. Thanks.

Nope

Your cover letter is kind of an introduction to the potential sponsor. Your resume info will have information about riding style, results, pics, etc.

The cover letter is something that you change to fit a certain sponsor, so you direct it to the sponsor.

Then you put some info about yourself, what you believe your supposed to do and will do as a sponsored rider, explain how you'd benefit the company, etc. Then thank them for reading your resume. Yeah, stuff like that.

I would post my cover letter but someone would probably steal it...to many dishonest people, lol
