My predator 90 (yeah the one that I just got most of the problems figured out) is having another problem. I have no bottom end, but once I start moving the thing flys. I have racing rollers and a stock rear clutch. Could that be it or should I look into my pilot jet?

after adding the pipe and clutch mods, the bike was ripping. when we hit our woods track, it bogged severly on hills where he had to come to a stop before climbing them.
worked on jetting at first and it was fat. ended up with a 118 main needle on the 3rd clip. this helped a ton.
called rich today to verify a few things and he suggested the clutch mod. i drilled it out as per thier instructions and it did much better. actually i took it back apart and removed more and now it preforms like we want it.

Buy an aftermarket clutch instead of drilling the stocker out. After drilling mine, the aftermarket clutch is still half the weight.

Exactly what I did...Without drill my stock the aftermarker clutch must of weighed a third of the stocker....

Rich runs the stock rear clutches in our race bikes, including his sons, they must be doing something right :) Keep in mind there are heavy mods done, the way i look at it, he could be running anything he wanted...
just my $.02
piece

Like I said, I've used both. Just sharing my experiences. The aftermarket is better.

more then likely the aftermarket was lighter prompting someone to start drilling the stockers until aftermarket could be purchased.
