I got the Tag T-2's and the clamp kit. If you're a taller rider, I would recommend these. Mine are at least 3/4" taller than stock probably even taller.

most people think honda is really stupid for putting such junkie handlebars on a 400ex. They are suppossed to be weak. so you don't bend steering stems!. steering stems are alot harder to get and alot more money. When i kept bending my stem, i got so ticked i put a solid piece of steel just above the stem clamps so it wouldn't happen again. Im not telling you to stay away from strong bars. Im just warning you that stering stems aint cheap or easy to bend back.

Not true amigo. Steering stems are cheaper than handlebars in most cases. like 62 bucks each. A good set of Renthals cost that and my Tags cost about 100$ with the clamp kit. Go with strong bars then if you bend your stem, buy an LSR with antivibe mounts.

If you don't tighten your bars alot, when you crash your bars will just bend down at the neck. And it won't cause any damage to your stem or bars.

Set them up so they hold well but can still be moved by hand if you try.
