Does any one have a diagram on how the rear end disassembles? I need to get the axle cleaned up and painted but I dont want to peal into this thing and mess it up

do a google search for ronnies partsfish. they show all the parts you can order and how they assemble. best i can do for ya without a clymer.

you can do another google search for "clymer repair manual" and oreder one on-line. or look under barnes and nobles web site and some larger atv dealerships carry them. they are the bible of quad maintenance. it breaks down every part on the quad with simple instructions with lots of pictures. i have tried using the haynes version but not half as good as clymers.

You guys are awesome, Except for the Dale Jr part, I am a mattkenseth fan my self.

well no one is perfect! -lol

Jr is my favorite ride but Stewart,Kenseth,Harvick and Neuman are my others I pull for.

I like JR also, He was Matt's Best man for his wedding. I just like funnin a bit
