Brand new in the box. Custom 14.1 480 piston for any trx450r. It comes with new gasket, rings, wrist pin and of course the piston. This is NOT a off the shelf piston it was custom designed by KGB on .org and there were like 8 made total. It also has bigger valve reliefs to allow bigger valves.
