What do the numbers on the side of the tire mean? I have a 20x10-9, so does that mean 20 tall on the outside, 10 tall on the inside, and 9 wide?

Welcome to the site. This is a very common question, and is easy to answer. The first number represents the size of the tire, 20 inches in diameter. So it is 20" tall. The middle number represents the width of the tire. Your tire is 10" wide. The final number is the size rim it fits, a 9" rim.
