eny tips on setting up quad rate elkas lt with lsr lt a-arms
1 i have to much sag
2 to slow coming back up

i need to know what the standerd settings should so i have some were to start from

Call Elka tell them what you've got & they'll send you a free manual. Sounds like you need to crank the front Preload Rings down to raise front ride height (you'll have to do rear at the same time). Also adjust the Bottom Rebound Knob
