View Full Version : 400ex vs. blaster

Hey guys I new to all this and recently bought a 96 Blaster and 03' 400ex. One ideally will be my wife's (kinda) and the other will be my baby. Which would you take? Im learning alot here but still soooo much more to know.

You take the 400ex.Give her the blaster.And theres a rule,if your new,you have to post pictres of your quads :D

i would take the 400ex but just dont flip it or do anything stupid you do that after you been riding for atleast a year:D

if youve never had a quad before i would cruise around on the blaster for a little while just to get the feel down, then give it to the wife and start riding the 400

Thats kinda what wh have been doing. I have been riding the 400 and she has been the blaster. I love the blasters top end speed though. The 400 is nothing to put aside though. I will post pics this weekend. I really want to change the exhaust on both of the quads but I dont know which one to do first. And so many choices. Also If I want to start racing I know i need to practice alot first but how do you get started?

As far as topspeed goes the 400 will be about a10mph faster then the blaster.

Get the 400ex for your self. i have a 400ex and my brother has a blaster. The blaster is a piece of work it has alot done to it and my 400 has alot done to. they are two different and awesome quads. youll have fun on anyone of them
