race trailer insulation?

Has anyone ever installed insulation in their race trailers? If so, what insulation did you use? I am trying to figure out what is my best option for the ceiling in my trailer.

I USED THAT 1 INCH THICK FOAM IT COMES IN 4 X 8 SHEETS AND IS CHEEP / I CUT IT TO FIT SNUGG BETWEEN THE CROSS MEMBERS AND IT HOLDS ITSELF IN PLACE THEN I COVERED IT WITH FIBERGLASS SHEETING AND SCREWED THAT TO THE BOWS
