i no ur talkin stock but dont under estimate a tbalzer 250 i had a pipe kit and a clutch kit and would beat stock 400's 9 outta 10 times

with 18 inch rear tires on a 250ex, your only doing like 40 mph at the most. stock is 22 inches on the rear and if you drop down to 18 inches, thats a big difference.
