So I was sitting here havnging a beer and I realized that I no longer enjoy the taste of Bud Light as much as I once did, so I started trying out other beers that were not the normal Bud Light, Miller Lite and Coors Light, and found that I like Boulvard Wheat and also Blue Moon. This is great. I think. When I fist started enjoying beer I hated any beer that was not a light beer by the Big THREE as I call them. Mainly Bud Light, then on to Miller Lite which I now think I might like the best of the three.

So what are your favorite beers other than the Big Three and what are they.

Mine Boulvard Wheat. A company out of Kansas City started in 1989 and they have 5 or six different beers and the wheat is my favorite.

I personally don't like Bud Light much, not enough flavor, and half the time i cant keep it down something about the content that causes carbonation buildup and if i cant burp I chuff.

there's a pizza place here called pizza port and they have their own brewing company all made nextdoor to the pizza place. they have like a dozen different kinds. I tend to like the paler ones, not a red ale drinker :)

Bud light lets me get hammered with a mild hangover, the only reason I drink it. Blue moon is pretty good, I wore myself out on Rolling Rock, every bottle tastes different from the next. Mexican beer gives me the head-ache of doom, can't drink it. I don't care for lager but I love White Stripe. That's the extent of beers for me.

New Castle is my favorite. It is good out of the bottle, but best outta the tap. I highly reccomend it. It is a dark beer but it is very smooth.

I recently took a tour of the Jacksonville, Fl. Budweiser brewery and there is a new beer coming out. Its Called TILT, It is the best beer I have ever had, it is similar to the Budweiser E but tastes alot better. I cant wait until hits the stores.

Free beer is the best as long as it doesn't have the words "Natural" or "Milwaukee" on the label. You're just asking for the craps and a terrible hangover with cheap beer. The worst stuff I ever drank was some cheap junk called J. Ruppert's. It was like Natural Light but even more watered down and twice the headache-creating power.

Guinness is some strong stuff.

This summer I had the oppurtunity to tour Guinness Brewery in Dublin, Ireland.

Was pretty cool. Cant say I like the beer however.

They make a light beer which is good but damn that regular Guinness is dark!!

It's called Bavaria A Marca ( people say Marca Bavaria). Smooth tasting beer imported from Brazil with 4.5% alcohol .

I don't know what neighbourhood you live in , but every other place in Ontario doesn't allow corner stores to sell beer . That's why we have The Beer Store . Now unless the Beer Store is attatched to the corner store , that's the only way you'll ever be able to buy beer at a 7/11 .... well unless you consider Labatts 50 ( 0.5% alcohol) to be beer .

Mabe its our part but there is lcbos in the cornor stores. There is one a couple miles from here,they just were aloud to get it about a year ago,they have to stop selling it at 8pm.

That's the reason why they are allowed to sell it then ... because they have an LCBO within their establishement . What I meant by my first response to your question , was that you can't walk into a 7/11 and pick up a bottle of beer that's sitting beside a bottle of Gatorade in a refridgerator . The alcohol has to be in a seperate area away from all other beverages . In the USA , they can pick up a bottle of beer right beside a can of Pepsi .

exactly, i have heard the trick to take your keys b4 you start drinking and toss them under your truck, if your drunk you wont be able to find them or get right under a truck and look for them. ( i cant drive i just heard this)

alcohol pshh...i was friends with this girl lauren..even dated her for a while..two years ago i found out she tested positive for cocaine, methanfetamine, and heroin..she later admitted that she had up to 25 acid trips over the summer and often uses ecstasy.....this was before she became a sohpmore....

What dose that have to do with alcohole? I can name 50 ppl that smoke weed all the time and do fine with there skool work and everything and havent touched any outher drugs.

Your friends obviously had other problems going on. Alcohol USUALLY does not lead to meth use.

Don't get me wrong alcohol use it not good for you. But it is going to happen and it has been happening forever. When I was in HS i would say about 85% of my sophmore class drank beer. But none of them went onto other drugs. But there is that percentage that can not control themselves and just do not know when to stop.

Iam not going to lie, I smoked pot and drank beer in HS. You know on the weekend with the guys drank beer, partied, But never ever thought of taking it any farther. I rarely smoked pot, but drank quit a bit. Its all about self control and you do not know if your a person that has it or does not have it untill you try it for the first time.

So my advice, dont even try it. A large percentage of the population, can drink on the weekend maybe even once in a while smoke pot, have a good time and go on with there life. Then there is the percentage that their life gets consumed by it.

And whoever says that Marijuana is not adictive is dead wrong.

In my opinion Marijuana is addictive.

My friend started out smoking pot every once in awhile like I use to. He then went to smoking every weekend, then it went to being high while studying for test because he said it was easier for him to concentrate, then it went to being high while taking his test because he said that is the only way he would remember what he studied. It went on and on untill he finally got help.

Marijuana is not something to mess with. Unless you know for sure you have self control. And no one can honestly know that untill they try it. And by then it might be to late.

There is nothing wrong with pot if you do it in moderation and have self control. Well, besides the fact that it is illegal. But if you smoke it to much there is a BIG problem with it.

Ask my brother, he has holes in his brain from pot.
