When i first start my quad it wants to stall really bad no matter where the choke it.. to keep it running i have to constatly rev it. Once it gets warm it will stay running better, but still will not idle for extended periods of time. I can't figure out what it is.

My best guess is that the guy before me piped and jetted the wheeler and then just put the stock pipe back on it without rejetting. Does this sound like it could be the problem?

Any other suggestions?

Well it goes from bad to worse folks..

Now it wont start unless it has full choke and i am giving it gas. If i try to take it off full choke and/or relase some throttle it will immediately die. I started messing with the idle speed screw but that has done nothing.

Its just not getting enough gas i think.. what could this be its driving me nuts??

i agree clean your carb and check your fuel lines they may be gunked up. sounds like your not getting enough gas to the engin.

sounds like you may have dropped the needle in your carb.

Well it looks like it was a mix of things. I replaced the plug cause it was definetly fouled but it still would not say running for more than a few seconds. I then took apart my carb and everything looked O.K. but definetly gumed up. Finally I drained my tank and took the fuel petcock out and I couldn't beleve the crap clogging that thing up:eek2: So i cleaned that and it ran beautiful.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys:D
