Thats very informative because no one could agree on exactly how it works in past threads.

It says it uses stored body fat. I have really low body fat, will it work on me?

Hmmm....I'm interested. Anybody know what the reccommended doses are? Price wise it's not as bad as some of the other stuff I've taken, as long as the doses aren't 8 capsules a day like NO2. Is it something you have to take everyday, or can you just take it on workout days or riding days?

we recomend 3 capsules. it's good too take everyday, but you can just take it on workout and race days. it takes about 30 to 40 minutes to kick in so mx and xc riders will probably take it differently.
