is there any 1 out there that has pics of how to bore out a 400EX to a 440

you will need a machine shop to do this. take your new sleeve, piston, piston rings, and spec with you to the shop. you will also have to get your old sleeve pressed out of your cylinder and the new, larger sleeve pressed in.
