Called Elka to order the preload adjust tool (lost mine) they tell it's free and threw in a new preload nut also. Every time I've dealt with them over the phone they have been outstanding. Martin should be very proud of his business.

Yes very great guys over...well up there. At Unadilla I broke 2 crossovers and he replaced them for me for free. He was also helpign countless riders dial in their suspenion including spending hours changing springs and trying everything the make the shock preform to its full ability.
