660R trouble... Maybe Carb?

All right... After riding my raptor for a day (It ran fine) I decided to wash it. after I washed it I took it around to air it out and it cuts out now at about 1/2 - 3/4 throttle and you can't get over about 3-4k RPM's because it just cuts out. It idls fine and runs smoothly to the cut out point but it just wont ever get over maybe 4 grand. It's been doing this for about 3 or 4 days now, and I am supposed to be going to the badlands Saturday. I'm almost sure it is the carb, but we opened it up and cleaned the main jets out and teh neddle jet and cleaned most stuff... Any help on this?

This may seem REALLY simple, but make sure the choke isn't on. If the lever on the left handlebar shows "off" then double check the carb, make sure something isn't forcing the choke closed.
