Is the rear master cylinder off a 400ex and 300ex the same as a 250r if so does any one have the rear and frt. master cylinders for sale.

300ex master is quite different. I don't think it would work at all.

400ex looks the same, and has the same internals. The mounts are rotated, though--and the metal push rod is shorter. It will work if you take parts off the 250R rear master, or run the hose and ressy from the 400ex.

Front from any of the above will drop right in.

Hey Ricky ReTURN MY EMAILS! And on the fronts, might not work as well considering, that 250r calipers have 2 more pistons.

go to service honda and look up the complete rear master. They will give you a new part number, 43510-HB9-P00. $77.74 plus shipping and frt.

I think I read that only 89r came with dual pistons on the front. Something about the second generation brakes

You are wrong !! All trx250r have dual piston calipers!
