Engine Oil, Which brand?

Hey all,

Which brand of oil does everyone run? I have been using Castrol GTX, is this alright? Is synthetic better for a motor that is broke in?

Castrol GTX is what the guys at TMM run and have had good results. I was used to run the Honda oil and switched to Amsoil full synthetic. My bike seems to run a little cooler and the oil should last a little longer between oil changes.

I used to use Castrol GTX, but im trying honda's stuff now.
What oil do you guys recommend?

I use Mobile 1 Sythetic for ATV's. Car oils have detergents that can break down your clutch plates and cause them to prematuraly slip or glaze over. Plus it seems like car oils get thin way to fast in an air cooled motor.
