Jetting??

When I bought my 96' 300 in feb. form a guy that all he done to it was a pipe, airbox mod., airfilter and jetting. But, when I ask what size jet he went to, he didn't know or remember. How would I find out what size he went to. Because, I believe that this is what is cause my quad to start cutting out at W.O.T.

You could take off the carb, and jsut look around. Id also recommend a manual to help ya learn whats what.
( I know it helps me alot most of the time)
