Hey!
I have Kawasaki KFX400 and i think there are some problems.
When it's in neutral and the engine is running, u pull the clutch and shift down to the 1-st gear, and it makes hard "CLICK" sound. :(
I don't think its normal, sounds not right. Is it?
Also, when im goin in like 3-rd gear, pull the clutch and keep on rolling down little hill, I tryed to shift down and it makes same CLICK sound. Is it normal??
I think there is some clutch problems, I'm not any good at engines and stuff...
Please help me and tell me what is wrong.
Thank you!

Hows it all ****ed up?

Alot of quads make loud noises when you put them in gear. If you turn the idling down it may quiet down a bit when you shift.

you sure your clutch isnt out of adjustment? or the clutch basket has grooved?

Make sure your clutch cable is adjusted properly. There should be a small amount of cable slack at the lever, but not too much slack.
