Which pipe??

What do you think is a good all around pipe for the ex? I want a good sounding pipe (not neccessarily the loudest one) that will give me some more power but isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg. These are some of the one i could afford right now-

Supertrapp IDS-2- I heard it sounds not so good but give a considerable power boost. What do you think about this one?

FMF Megamax II- I heard one of these on a wolverine and it sounded awsome and wasn't to loud. Does this give good power along with the sound?

Pro Circut T-4- Someone said it really loud but gives real good power gains. Is that true?
