Ok I have a cylinder with a 440 sleeve already pressed in, and a wiseco 12.5:1 piston. Both are used but in good shape. The cylinder WILL NEED the heavy duty head studs, as the threads have stripped from the stock ones. PM me offers, if you need pics just send me your email address and I can send you some.

you still have several bores left, I would go 426, or you could just do the hd head studs

yea but they say once your head studs streatch or come loose like mine have you might as well get a new jugg. plus if his 440 is cheaper then getting it re bored then that gives me another option.

how do you like the 416 kti over stock, and how do they push it to a 426? What do you need to make it a 426, or a 416 even?

416s is the last bore that I would do on a stock sleeve. The 426 is the last bore you can do and its not a good idea IMO, unless you resleeve. Shoot me an offer on the jug and piston guys. Dont forget that this is the whole cylinder not just the sleeve. I am back at school now so unfortunately I wont be able to get pics up until friday, but I will NOT sell this stuff before sending pics.

it would help if you listed an asking price? especially since the stud are already stripped. I think GT Thunder offers the HD studs for $155, I don't know if that includes labor or not, so I am sure people are hesitant to buy it knowing that. Just my $.02.....

The heavy duty studs from GT Thunder are $60. Even if this cylinder wasn't already stripped you mean to tell me you would run the stock studs with 12.5:1 compression!?!? Anyways....for this piston and sleeve alone on ebay is $185 buy it now. Ill sell this setup for $150shipped, and dont forget that includes the cylinder too!
