anybody know where to find prices for gm motors?? i have looked on their site and can't find anything.

i looked on both sites and can't find the motor i am looking for. i am looking for a Vortec 4200 4.2L I-6 (LL8) it is out of the trailblazers, envoys, rainers, some saab, and the isuzu ascender. if anyone has info on this motor or anything let me know. thanks.

It's on the Pace parts website, Click on GM direct replacement engines. Expensive, about $4000.

Same for the link I posted as well. When you said you were looking for a crate motor I assumed you were looking for a performance motor.

yeah i don't understand why its so high. i may not be wanting one at that price, that or i find a wreck car with one.
