how is "project hardtail" coming along? Any new pictures?
We rebuilt one for my son. It is the same rear sprockets as the KLX/ DRZ 110's. I machined the area around the countershaft sprocket, it is geared to 16/33 for flat track. It hauls for just being an old "hardtail", both my 6 and 3 year old love to ride the thing.

If you need some stock parts let me know, I have tires and wheels and I think a set of hubs.
